  It’s always the worst experience coming to get food to this location. It’s the 3rd time that I come to order during my lunch and these two women (the one making the sandwich and the one at the register) are just so passive aggressive. I couldn’t see their name tags, but it’s the one of medium complexion and short hair and the other one with a nose piercing. They always seem bother by the customers ordering, when I decided to order an extra sandwich last minute they said “that’s why I asked you if you were gonna order anymore sandwiches” with a passive aggressive tone and smile, and then she went to whisper something to the other one while they both laughed. Like bruh, I’m right here… honestly I just rather not come if they’re the ones working there. It sucks to be treated like that. Also they took forever to take my order because they decided to count register and restock everything and I just had to wait there until they were ready. No sense of urgency, very unconsidered ladies.

  I went to Subway inside the Walmart in Brawley with my friend. I ordered one sandwich, and the employee, a chubby lady with short her asked if we were going to order more sandwiches. I said no at the time. Then my friend changed her mind and decided she wanted one too. The employee responded very rudely and said, “That’s why I asked if you were getting more sandwiches and you told me no,” in an annoyed tone, clearly upset because she hadn’t made them at the same time. People are allowed to change their minds. It’s Subway, not a complicated order. There was no reason to be rude or give attitude over something so simple. Customer service should be friendly and understanding, not impatient and irritated. Very disappointing experience

  They need train there staff better on there rewards send my son for his lunch and they waisted his time goes in there for his free sandwich and they tell him he has to do it online that is incorrect so train your staff and they in the wrong and still have a attitude

  Subway is usually one of my favorite places to eat. I had a truly disappointing experience at the Subway located inside Walmart in Brawley, California. I visited recently and encountered several issues that left me quite frustrated. Firstly, the young lady behind the counter got my order wrong, not once, but twice, as if she didn't understand my request. Instead of asking for clarification, she had just begun heating my food, I had to intervene and repeat my order, which is never a pleasant experience when the people taking the order don't pay attention. To make matters worse, her attitude towards me turned sour, as if I had done something wrong by expecting to receive what I ordered. When I inquired about the freshness of the cookies, the confusion continued. The employee seemed oblivious to what "freshly baked" meant. She had to ask her coworker, who was equally unhelpful and responded with unnecessary rudeness, insisting that, "Of course, they are fresh." How is one supposed to know without asking? What was also deeply troubling, especially with COVID-19 making a comeback, was that neither of the employees changed their gloves throughout the entire process. This is a basic safety measure, and it was completely neglected during my visit. To top it all off, the pretzels on display appeared extremely old and unappetizing, prompting me to ask questions about their freshness as well. Overall, my visit to this Subway was a frustrating and disappointing experience. It's essential for businesses to ensure clear communication, maintain the quality of their products, and follow health and safety protocols during these times. I hope they take this feedback into consideration and make improvements in the future.
