OMG we had the best time ever all thanks to César!!! He is super nice, attentive, anticipated all of our needs and wants by bringing us a plate of cucumbers and radishes con limones, never seemed bothered, and always had a smile. Thank you so much for everything… because of César we will definitely be returning and highly recommend asking for him when you come in to eat… or even just for a Michelada! 😉 ¡Salud! Gracias por todo!!

I went there to order two fries with tangua. I asked for only the hot sauce on the side, but they put everything on the side: sour cream and guacamole. They didn't give me forks to eat my fries with, and thank God I checked, or I would have eaten them with my fingers. The employees there were too slow and talked to each other too much. I was watching my order, and it was ready about five minutes before I received it, but they were laughing and working slowly. The portion of food has shrunk compared to when they first opened.

I recently visited Tacos El Franc in National City, and I can honestly say the food is incredible. It has quickly become my go-to spot for amazing tacos in San Diego. Every bite was packed with flavor, and you can really taste the quality and authenticity in their food. What made the experience even better was the outstanding service. Miguel helped me during my visit, and he went above and beyond to make sure my first experience was a great one. He was courteous, attentive, and truly provided top-notch customer service. Between the amazing food and exceptional service, I’ll definitely be coming back again. Thanks again for such a great experience! Miguel deserves to be recognized for giving it all his best!!!

I went to this place ,always on the search for the best tacos, and let me tell you ,They Got 'em Not only the food,on this particular place Was Also the Customer Experience, The Welcoming to the place almost make you feel like home ,I Got the Best Luck to meet Alexa ,She could be the Embassador for this Company! Knowledgeable, certain, attentive ,And a Next levek Multitasking Lady , that And their Food ,not easy to find nowadays , I came for 2 tacos ,to go,however i stayed at the bar ,got me some tapbeer and ended up eating like 6 or 7 tacos! Yep they are that good ! I had The Al pastor , Cabeza and Suadero ,i would next time time ask fir the salsa on the side ,since the tacos are WELL served , u can manage the salsa better if is on the side, just a perdonal preference, plus they closed that day at 11pm weekday ! Perfect! You can get a late dinner fresh and outta d grill, instead of a meh food from restaurant chain , Here Fresh! Fresh Peeps, idk if u care bout dat ,However I Do THIS is now my place to go for tacos, mind u im Downtown i still drive down just for this :p

On Weds April 8, I went to get a quick bite while I charged my car. Ordered 2 tacos, 1-adobada, 1- asada. I ate the adobada, a bit more greasy than usual, i finished it and took a bite of the asada. I immediately tasted something weird; bitter sour taste with the sweet marinade. I did not eat it! Ileft the taco shop and I felt weird that night. Long story short; severe food poisoning, Thursday to late night Saturday. On sunday, I called the taco shop and they were going to call back which obviously failed to do so even though I told them what happened. (Hospital trip because due to severe dehydration I got dizzy, fell and hit my head and went to the Hospital because my head that was bleeding). That taco was all I ate that day, as I woke up late and ran an errand, after that I felt nauseas, so no , I ate nothing else but that. But Im guessing customer service is not important or a customers health. I will definitely never eat there again, this is not ok, this is the first time this ever happened to me, not even with street tacos ive gotten sick.
