I’m all for having a good time at work, but it felt like they were more focused on the joke than the customer. When I pulled up to the window, the laughing just kept going—no professional greeting, no "thanks for coming in," just a total lack of awareness. It’s disappointing to be a loyal l for over two decades and then get treated like an afterthought. I’ve seen a lot of crews come and go, but this was a major swing and a miss on basic courtesy.
