  Food is good, prices are high but their service is hit or miss, and when it’s a miss it’s a total miss. I went into the store around 9:30pm there was absolutely nobody at the store, the cook noticed me walk in but didn’t greet or acknowledge me or my presence. Stood in front of the counter for a minute waiting, and he was just gossiping with a lady that I’m sure was the front cashier. After some time, still no acknowledgment or even saying “we’ll be right with you” I tried to be patient looking at the menu and waiting but nothing. I decided to walk out and give my business to Taco Fiesta instead. When I walked out I looked back to see if he would try and let the cashier know and try to come get me and apologize, but of course that didn’t happen. I will never bother to stop by again. The utter disrespect and lack of courtesy and customer service is mind boggling.

  She hadn’t served me as she was supposed to do her customer services, even she gave me the food without putting it in a plate. But the lady was very rude, so the food was really good. But the lady which I ordered wasn’t a good person.

  I was disappointed with the quesabirria taco. Rather than the traditional shredded birria, the dish was prepared with large chunks of beef placed over melted cheese, which significantly affected both the texture and overall presentation. Unfortunately, the flavor and consistency did not meet expectations.
