- BCBilly Carpio1 day ago2.0Terrible messy & dirty place very disorganized including mngr & employees some don't even know how to use their cash register. Bathroom Terrible! The place is crowded because the service is too slow, and they're all confused. I was overcharged for my meal. I order one fillet o fish with a coke and fries i was charged $19 even i asked for the manager she had no clue what to do. She needs training as much as the other employees. I didn't have time to wait. As soon as I get a chance, I will call corporate and trying to get some kind of refund that I am owed to I don't think $19 for a med drink & filletofish is that much.

- TCTyler CochranMar 13, 20261.0Ordered at the kiosk & took a number. Had my wife go and ask about our order about 15-20 minutes later, the worker said they would look into it. Another 15-20 minutes goes by, I have my wife check in again and the person said my order was stolen. An order that was supposed to be brought to the table was supposedly stolen; random girl takes our order on her notes app & still managed to get it wrong. Seems like they’ll let anyone have a job these days 🤷🏻♀️
