Ended up requesting a refund which the so called manager could not even give any type of receipt saying the charge on credit card will be reversed. I did not expect an immediate reimbursement, I do know how banks work, but now I have zero proof I didn't receive any food for the charge. Hopefully I will not need to dispute through credit card. Absolutely no customer service skills to speak of at this location. Advise anyone wanting pizza to go anywhere else but here. Just all-around bad experience.
