Employees move at a snail’s pace, seem completely unmotivated, and there’s zero sense of urgency. Standing there waiting for a simple burrito feels like a test of patience. What should take a few minutes turns into an unnecessarily long wait every single time. If you’re in a hurry or expect efficient service, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This location seriously needs better management and staff training because the current level of service is unacceptable
