- PPPatMar 29, 20262.0i had a horrible experience in this store today. the manager Arthur and a cashier long black hair and a lot of make up. i didnt get her name. well i have a long drive home out here in the desert and i pack my food carefully into bags as i shop. this assures produce refrigerated items and frozen food arrive home in good condition. i buy high quality food which I can find at Albertsons. the cashier refused to rebag the food as I had carefully packed it. she purposefully combine the items that I had separated and told me I had to pack my own bags. i asked for a manager and Arthus shows up and offers no help and gets into a power struggle and bully's me rather than deal with his staff that lacked problem solving or customer service skills. He is a case of the Peter Principal. Finally the assistant manager arrived. He demonstrated the appropriate respect and sought to find a way to solve the problem. Arthur and the cashier may benefit from customer service training but maybe not. some things cannot be taught because when the problem is deeper in the psyche due to narcissism or weak character which seems the case in my experience. i gave two stars because my past experience in the store has always been positive and would be a 5 star rating
