Also, they asked me if I checked for a product rudely when I asked if they had a certain product. I wished they were more polite about things. I do have a positive experience with Vons when it comes to employees who have the heart to ensure a great experience for their customers.

The manager Maria was so empathetic and kind to me and made it all up to me with a thoughtful gift. Way to go Vons for promoting an awesome customer service specialist.

They could care less about their customers or the employees, and it doesn’t matter when you go , there will be 2 (very slow) checkers MAX. But there’s an overabundance of employees that stand around the store talking to each other, or cleaning floors on Saturday mornings, one of the busiest times for grocery shopping. I get that they have zero competition, so literally no one at Corporate cares, but it’s frankly quite sad how awfully and terribly run this store is.
