  Stopped in after being on the highway for several hours just to get a soft drink. Don't let you do free refills. Ridiculous. McDonald's always allows refills. What's up with that. Won't go there again

  This is absolutely the worst McD I have ever been to. It was busy, yes, ... but poorly managed. No counter service, only kiosk ordering - which I found a bit confusing. Customers were complaining about order delays. One customer was arguing with an employee about missing items. Instead of resolving it, she dismissed the customer as just being wrong. More egregious, a handicapped individual was at the counter claiming he couldn't use the touch screen ordering debacle. The staff member stated she couldn't take orders at the counter and refused to help him. A few customers tried to help him, he left without ordering. Several customers were irate at the service responses as their orders sat in plain view, but not pushed to the pickup counter. I waited over 20 minutes for my order even though I could clearly see it sitting ready to go. When I complained, the staff member told me they were "behind on fries". My order didn't have fries. This location was a hot mess. The tables were dirty, an overall bad vibe. I have never seen such disregard for customers. Top that with the ridiculously high prices at this location, I will personally NEVER return to this location. Shameful.

  This is not a child-friendly restaurant; there is no baby changing station in the restrooms. The service was very poor—despite the restaurant being relatively empty, they failed to add the extra cheese I requested and paid for.

  Servers are so unfriendly and condescending. Everytime I go here on a road trip.I forget how bad it is, until I get in here and need help with the kiosk or try to pay. Short Hispanic lady answers her personal phone and yells at whoever is on the other end. So unprofessional. 03/23/26 a little before 5:28. I'm ignored for a while. She finally comes over so I can pay. Apparently the other lady that tried to help me order my food forgot to add my filet fish, so the shorter lady said she didn't have my order, then the other lady told her to add the sandwich. My friend tries to pay, and tells her to wait because she had the change. She kept ignoring her. My friend had to put her hand out to get her to listen.
