I understand on some level, because its staffed like the small store it is and theres a lot of traffic, but they shouldn't offer the pick up then Waited an extra hour, wish I would have went elsewhere. Will not be coming back No shade to the worker either he was the only one there it seems on a busy night I'm just saying lots of us ordered online just to wait in line

The size was wrong, meat was wrong, it wasn't toasted as requested, the bread was very old and chewy... I wonder if it's because I "only" tipped 15% or if this Subway is just terrible. The cookie was tasty though.
