My friend and I placed two separate orders because we were paying separately, but at the window we were told they could only process one order per car. I didn’t have a second car so that we would need to drive back for the other. This policy was not posted anywhere, and we were not allowed to go inside to order instead. What made it worse was the rude attitude from the staff member and the lack of any effort to offer a reasonable solution. Clear communication and basic courtesy would have made a big difference.

I ordered to eat in and instead of bringing food to the number on the table I have to punch into the digital order kiosk, they set two bags and three drinks on the counter and call my eat in number to pick up myself (with no tray, had to make multiple trips). I also tried to order at the counter and was told I had to use the kiosk. I left my trash bagged nicely on the table because there was literally no where to put it except maybe on the floor next to a can.
