Infact the paperwork show the correct date, put it was posted on their board in the wrong spot. No worries Doris from the Bakery took care of me and corrected the problem! I still got my cakes! Doris when above and beyond customer service! Thank you Vons and thank you Doris! PS: Everyone loved the cakes!

They sell such souvenirs here too! They do have a lot of ready foods that you can take on the go or heat up. They have a HUGE selection of wines. Most of them are California made 💕 they do have liquor, as well. They carry firewood. $7.99 & $9.99. They have meats, cheeses, a lot of fresh cut fruits. A variety of coffees. They also have a Starbucks in-store. Overall a great store for tourists. There's a dollar tree next to it, or nearby. Their hours are very convenient! They open at 6am and they close at 12am. Thank you to the staff here.

While I understand that technical issues like a card not going through can be frustrating, the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. Instead of offering assistance, Don spoke to me in a belittling and dismissive manner. He also gave me a difficult time about leaving items behind, and was unwilling to help resolve the situation or have them properly put away. This lack of professionalism and basic customer service made an already frustrating moment much worse. Customer-facing roles require patience, respect, and a willingness to assist, all of which were clearly lacking during this interaction. I will be escalating this matter by contacting corporate, as I believe this behavior does not reflect the standards customers should expect. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
