For the first time ever, the rooftop at L’Ermitage Beverly Hills opens to the public on with Poza—a dining concept offering rooftop sunset views in Beverly Hills. Named after the literal Spanish translation for “pool,” Poza is a nod to California’s heritage and a celebration of elevated poolside dining.
The menu reimagines classic California fare with a focus on seasonal produce and coastal seafood. The bar features a curated selection of refreshing cocktails, spritzes, local wines by the glass, and standout LA brews.
Relaxed yet refined, Poza invites guests to savor golden hour from an entirely new perspective.

I loved to feel the whole space is mine. lol 😝 The service is attentive, and giving customers space. Giving accurate space is so important for me so that I will not feel be rushed or over bothered. Food looks simple, but delicious. Night was quiet. Starts are clear to see on a pretty hot day in winter LA. A little breeze, beautiful cocktails. 🍹 I don’t know what I can ask more. Enjoyed so much!!!🙌🏻😊😊😊😘😘😘

From spirit and spirit free cocktails, to flavorful food and excellent service, what more could you ask for! The ambiance is peaceful, elevated, and has a great view of the city. 10/10 would recommend. On the other side of the pool and restaurant is a Arhaus lounge area, a gorgeous patio on a sunny day. I will be coming back!
