She tried to tell me she took off 8.99 and the refund coupon was for 13.99 because that’s what I paid for the fresh pet food that was spoiled . She then tried to tell me it’s a manufacturer coupon that she decided was only worth 8.99. After explaining to her while the line grew she finally decided to honor the full amount on the coupon for the two fresh pet bags of 8.99 each

This is my second time experiencing horrible customer service from the same man! Right on the food section department a Hispanic guy in between his 50’s always giving attitude and not wanting to do the customers request the right way. I went in today to buy pieces of chicken and I asked for a lunch box and he said “I can’t give you that one at the moment” . great I didn’t even want to argue on askimg why and he proceeded and gave me the bigger lunch box to charge extra. Mind you he said I can get any combo and i asked for three pieces of fried leg chicken he says “no ! I can’t do that. I can only give you two pieces with a side of potato salad !’ Like what ????? So there is a rule for a customer to not get enough chicken? Hello I am paying!! It’s not free so I’ll pay and he didn’t give me the right service abs payed 12$ for a lunch box of two fried chicken legs with potato salad!! Stay away from this place if you want to buy a quick lunch!! They have horrible customer service.
