When your order doesn't come they can neither refund your money or arrange to get your order to you. As ridiculous as that sounds that is exactly the conversation I had with their employee tonight. Exceedingly unprofessional and no way to do business. They already have very expensive pizza, they should at least have decent service to back it up!
