I called the Beverly Hills location and let them know that the order was missing six boxes. The manager got on the phone and told me I have no idea what I’m talking about, she has been there All day and there’s absolutely nothing to talk about. She said she will either throw the pizzas away or I can have someone go back and pick them up because they’re not delivering and she’ll hang up on me if I don’t stop talking. She’s by far the Rudest, most incompetent human I’ve ever interacted with. She then hung up the phone on me and without a choice, I had to send someone else to pick up the rest of the pizzas, which by that point, were cold and embarrassingly not edible. Don’t ever order from them. This place and especially the manager is complete garbage and I can’t even get a response from their corporate office.
