  Ordered a Santa Monica bagel it says on the sign it’s 23$ and I told them it’s my first time here, he charged me 32$ when I asked why they said it’s because it’s fully loaded and I said you never explained what that means or if there’s a price difference. Instead of offering a refund when I asked him about it he said “they’re already making it” quite ridiculous and scammy. Alex

  Im from New Jersey, and bagels are my favorite food group. The blueberry was legit. Will be back.

  I arrived on February 8th and have been waiting for one order for half an hour. Now I'll have to wait another half hour for the second order. Why is the queue so long? Why do I have to wait so long for my order? I don't understand the management. Please look into this situation.

  Love this place. The service is outstanding and the bagel sandwiches are fresh and delicious. No complaints.
