  I have been a few times. The staff is often rude, and the last two times I have eaten hear I ordered food with no cheese due to diet restrictions and both times they messed that up on two separate occasions. Staff and management seem to be ok with lack of attention to detail. Beware to check your food before leaving

  Terrible customer service don't use gloves or wash their hands. When you ask for a refund the manager tells you to contact your bank. 0 stars

  At 4am I don’t really expect super amazing customer service, but I got it here! The sweet man at the counter answered my newbie questions and then went out of his way to help me, twice. I was not expecting 40 drink options and probably looked confused , and then I was trying to figure out what song was playing. They could have ignored me, but he figured it out. I appreciated him to the manager. Anyone doing more than the bare minimum for minimum wage at 4am deserves a shout out. This is only my second or third Taco Bell experience. My first in a restaurant. It’s sparkling clean. The food, exceeded my expectations. I gave a 3 for atmosphere because the shouting the name of the order over the microphone is really intense when the place is empty. It probably is needed when it’s full of college kids.

  Often dirty store with trash and stick floors. Food is more expensive than other tacobells while the sauce containers arnt even filled up all the way. Slow and terrible customer service.

  Put in my order, waited over an hour and a half just for them to keep telling me it wasn’t ready yet. I never received my food and they refused to give me a refund. Scammers.
