  This has to be the worst McDonald's in the country. Every single time I go here it takes 15 minutes to even acknowledge me, for a single cup of coffee then 15 minutes for them to make the order. They prioritize door dashers while ignoring people at register. They refuse refills , overcharge and are generally horrible at business. Bathroomd are never stocked or clean.

  Dropped in for a quick meal, the food was warm and satisfying although the service line moved a bit slowly.

  2/21/26- Stopped in to have breakfast. At the corner of Shartuck and University. Walking distance from BART. Bus line 51B stop right outside and across the street. Service was pretty fast even though it was busy. The negative is that in one area of tables near the front counter was a pee smell. The rest of the dining area didn't have that smell. This restaurant had a large sized dining area. You need a token to use the restrooms.

  Store manager has a bad attitude and do not pick up calls all the time and hang up immediately when picked up.
