I’ll order online at non-peak times and it’ll tell me to arrive by a certain time. I’ll get there a couple minutes after they tell me too and there will be no one else there and maybe one or two other orders being prepped and I’ll still be waiting 10 minutes later. So instead of a 20 minutes wait time suddenly I’m waiting 30-40. I thought this was a fluke thing but it’s happened now several times. It would make sense if it was happening during peak times where they’ve got a ton of orders coming in, but when they’ve got no one else there…. Why is it they can’t stay on schedule? And if they know the one pizza order won’t be ready for 40 minutes, why not tell the customer “hey, your order will be ready in 40 minutes” not “come in in 20 minutes to get it… actually now you have to wait 20 more minutes”. They even told me when I walked in “oh only three more minutes” and it ended up being like 10. Plus. Customer service is kinda weird. Main guy just has massive headphones on the whole time even while talking to you. Not very professional.

We regret spending over 45 dollars for too small pizzas. Too pricey and not good quality. The cooks in the back looked suspicious and gave you weird faces when you looked at them. They took for ever! Don’t trust people who are not cooking in front of you! Don’t waste your money here.
