The burrito was almost entirely packed with rice. Totally ridiculous to pay $15 for a tortilla with rice and no protein. They’ve always been stingy with the protein at this location, but they are really taking it to another level. There is a good authentic Mexican place a block away.

I've been to other stores and they pack it up some more. When I also asked for a plastic cup for water they said they only have plastic bottles available (which means I'd have to buy). They are obviously full of it, no other Chipotle store has said that to me. I don't know if they just didn't want to bother or it's a store policy in that specific location to discourage the homeless from bothering them (probably the latter). Staff didn't care either. Soulless eyes towards the customer, chatting it up with coworkers while not giving a crap about the customer. Don't waste your time and money here. There's a taco shop literally less than a block away, you can get a lot more food for the same price.
