This location gives half the normal portion of other locations. I have gotten so many wrong online orders that I only come back to this place simply because I know I can get a free entree the next time I come.

Two bad experiences here back to back. Both times came in around 7:30 to get food for dinner. Was told both times I couldn’t order chips because they “only had chips for online orders left”. Staff was unhelpful and impolite about the situation. It just doesn’t make sense to me that they can’t figure out how to make/order enough chips that they run out before 8pm. On top of that the location is an absolute mess. Not super appetizing to come into a location that looks like it is not being taken care of.

Took forever to find parking and arrived and it was online orders only. Defeats the purpose of trying to go in person. Had to literally sit in the store, place the order, and then wait 20 minutes. Meanwhile the staff are all there chillin.

I have tried several times to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt, but this is the third time I have had an issue receiving all of the food that was purchased. And when I call the restaurant's listed phone number, I get the Chipotle "help desk" instead of the actual restaurant. Communication is lacking for sure. My colleague picked up a catering order, and was given a large box and bags, and then after leaving the restaurant, realized that there should have been a second box. When he went back, was told that it hadn't been ready yet...but he wasn't told that beforehand or to wait or anything. When I tried relaying to the customer service rep. that this has happened before, and that I didn't want my colleague to run into issues when he returned to pick up the rest, the rep. told me to "just don't worry yet" like I would have to call back if the restaurant did give him problems... If this was a one time occurrence, I probably wouldn't leave a review like this, but again, this specific Chipotle has lots of problems; communication and not double checking that the entire order is ready, being two of the biggest issues, and it is sad.
