To make matters worse, the place is always messy and clearly lacking proper hygiene. Tables are dirty, the floor is sticky, and the overall environment feels neglected. When you go to a franchise, you expect a consistent standard - in service, food, and cleanliness — no matter the location. Unfortunately, this restaurant does not meet that expectation at all. I hope management takes this seriously and makes the necessary improvements, because as it is now, this location poorly represents the brand.
