  Good food good drinks, but TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE, ADDITUDE. We kept asking fir the same thing 2 large chocolate frosties and they kept messing uo the order and kept saying "2 chocolate and vanilla frosties what size?" We said it 5 times and yer they still asked for the size and chocolate and vanilla. So we pull up to the window and I got my food and when the window lady or what ever closed it my brither started talking about their costumer service she comes out again and asked us if we wanted anything else and my dad told her "My son thought you were being disrespectfu" and before he could finish the sentence she closed the window in his face.

  What is with this location? I use the drive-thru after working a PM shift and order a baked potato and specifically ask for no chives... I get a potato with extra chives. What if, I was allergic? Sure, I would've said so lol The burger was lukewarm, cold bun and cheese just slapped together. Whatever, the south sf location at least cares how they send out the food and friendly too.

  The dude working in front seems rude. The food I order doesn’t even come with sauce. The air filled with cheap oil smell. Will never come again
