  We were excited to get happy meals for our kids because of the new Mario movie but we will VERY disappointed in the service. the employees are very disrespectful and the manager has horrible customer service. they had up charged us for sweet tea when we did not order this. when we brought it up to the employee attention she gave us her back and started speaking about us in Spanish to the manager not knowing we understood. when the manager came to talk to us she immediately was defensive and said we had changed our order 5 time so what did we want. we told her we didn’t and was just asking why they up changed up for sweet tea when we asked for water. she continued to be disrespectful and we just ask her to give us apple juice and she did but never was apologetic or gave us a refund for what they up charged us. i don’t recommend eating here!

  Tonight we got mc chicken mc double meal with my friend but when we came home there was no nugget chickens inside the package. We were planning to eat together so it was kind of frustrating. But I called the branch and young boy who is working at the drive thru window directly said sorry come here I ll give any menu you want. He didnt argue with me. I liked his threat in this situation. Luckily branch is only 2 min away to home. He prepared my package this time very carefully

  This location is NOTORIOUS for melted milkshakes! They have to stop preparing the milkshakes BEFORE the food and they definitely have to stop leaving it on the sane counter as the heat lamps!

  Great place to get your McDonald's favorites in Belmont/San Mateo I always stop after Zumba or my bank when I come from San Jose. The restaurant is very modern with an indoor playland also restrooms are immaculate and because it's relatively busy the food is always fresh it's my go-to stop in the area way to go McDonald's Belmont staff Kevin
