  The guy in the intercom I have no complaints really but the woman that gave me my food had an ugly face on like we had beef in high school or something. As she was giving me my things she handed them over as if I had a disease. Afterward I noticed that the drink I ordered had soo much ice the whole drink is practically ice! Mind you I haven’t even taken a sip and it’s not even filled right like come on bro. The hash browns I ordered Taste like they’ve been in the freezer for years. Disgusting! Never coming here again.

  I went in tonight through the drive thru to get one of their new donuts and it was my first time so i asked the lady who took my order how they tasted and what was in them but she wasn’t enthusiastic about it and didn’t describe the donut at all. She just told me it’s a Valentines donut and that’s all. She seemed like she was unhappy to take my order and when i pulled up to the window she didn’t even greet me just told me my total and that’s it. She was very tall and had a pink sweater on, she had a disgusting attitude once i paid and didn’t even say thank you. First and last time I’m coming here, if Dunkin is going to put out new product at least have your employees know what’s in the donuts. I’ll stick to Krispy Kreme

  Went at around 9am the other day, there was a little bit of a line which I dont mind. when i got to the speaker i was asking about the new valentines drinks and which one they preferred, the lady on the speaker responded quickly and told me a refresher but i was looking for coffee so i said which one would you recommend that has coffee. she said “so you dont want a valentines drink?” but i did see there was a valentine coffee so i said no i wanted one from the new menu just with more caffeine, the lady was honestly kind of rude and i dont think understood what was going on.. i also felt very rushed as she kept asking “what else?” so i just asked for two random donuts of their choosing. the drink was okay i guess and the gentleman that charged me was pleasant. i just dont want to feel rushed when im not familiar with menu items. this is not the first time this has happened with multiple women from the morning, they need more customer service training.

  I ordered a limited edition 25ct valentines box. I pull up to window with dude handing me a bag with 25ct donut hole. When I asked where’s the valentines box. Dude closes the window. Waste of $ Only purpose of buying the stale hard donut holes is for that reason, the valentines box! Come on Dunkin’ Donuts “unsatisfied customer here” yoo and yo boy at the window needs to be promoted to toilet duty dealing with type of energy reason why I don’t go to this Dunkin’s , South Gate donuts are better
