  The 1st mistake I made was thinking I wanted to come here today. The 2nd mistake I made was not checking my bag before I drove off from the window. I ordered 3 donuts and when I got home, I opened the bag to find what should cause this place to shut down or fire people. The contents of my bag consisted of cold hash browns and A DOUNUT WITH ONE BITE IN IT!!! SERIOUSLY?!?!?!? Corporate will be heading from me WITHOUT A DOUBT!!! Dunkin’ Donuts count your days and in particular, THIS LOCATION!!!

  I went through drive thru and was told I could not pick my donuts for the dozen that I had ordered “we don’t do that through drive through (with the worst attitude) if you want that get off your car and pick them” asked if a specific donut would be in the box if they pick she claimed it would and they purposely left it out. The worker didn’t let me pick sizes of our drinks, then messed up the order and tried giving us something else. When we told her she tried showing us the receipt that we didn’t order it and guess what was on the receipt the drink we did order. Terrible customer service.

  Estuve con dos personas del servicio a las 3:16 que estaban atendiendo (mujeres). Inicialmente fueron muy groseras en cuanto atenderme porque les mencioné que si me podían cambiar mi orden porque se habían equivocado y me dijo si pero regrésanos lo que te dimos, se lo regresé y lo tiro a la basura mientras que antes la chica dijo que lo podía llevar y que me darían el que pedí. No es porque no me lo dan sino la intención con la que hacen las cosas y su forma de tratar al cliente

  Went through the drive thru and the worker had an attitude from the start and I’m usually the type to ignore it. I ordered 3 drinks and I did some modifications to my drinks, the worker seemed like she did not want to make my drinks because of the modifications. I asked for cookie crumbs on all my drinks and I get my drinks and there’s like 4 or 5 little pieces..I asked her politely if that’s how it usually comes and she said “I’ll have to charge you if you want more”. Like I barely even got any at all? I didn’t make it a big deal and just left. She also did not add the 2 pumps off butter pecan I had asked for and she gave me a regular latte instead of the cookie butter one :/ both girls working there seemed like they hated their job..

  They were short staffed I'm not blaming baristas for attitude but they might need a better manager to create a better work environment so the crew remembers don't look or sound miserable and give you a hard time .
