  I went through the DT and the employee Tristen was Rude he started when I was ordering. Get to the window and he says to back up to reset the timer like I'm the reason he's behind. Then he gives me my drinks and doesn't know which is which! Then I have to park in the front so he tells me with attitude to around to the front! Then it takes him more than 10 minutes to get it out to us. There was at least 4 people working so it shouldn't of been that long! Then he shorts us on our meal and the fries were cold. I will never go back Tristen needs some training on Hospitality.

  This Wendy's is very clean, and our 2 orders (in-store and on-app, including a Burger, nuggets, fries, and a frosty) were quickly, accurately, and well-prepared, served fresh and piping hot, the fries were perfectly fried, and the chocolate frosty was primo. The service was outstanding, with Mario professionally serving our food to our table after we placed our orders rather than calling our number - going above and beyond expectations. Kudos to Mario and this Wendy's, you deserve recognition as an example of how a well-run Fast Food restaurants should operate with great customer service.

  Always wanting to park. And then when we do park they don't even bring our food out when ready. Tired of a drive thru not being utilized as a drive thru. It isn't a drive thru, park, and come in anyways to get your food. Don't be surprised when cars start not parking because you can't bring out food timely.
