I went in wanting to redeem my points for the free sub club sandwich and a 6.99 foot long. Sue me for trying to save some money. I order the sandwiches (2 steak and egg breakfast) , everything was great until checkout. When they scan my points, the free sub club sandwich comes up, which they redeem and I got the receipt for the 1st sandwich. The 6.99 foot long was online only so I asked the cashier if I was able to buy it online but it qualifies for the 2nd sandwich. She said yes that's fine. As I'm trying to order, breakfast is no longer popping up for this location, so I asked would I do a Philly cheesesteak with added egg? She says yes. While ordering the Philly, there's so options to add on egg. Only bacon, avocado, and pepperoni. I placed the order for the Philly. Once it comes up, the cashier checks the receipt and asked why the egg isn't added. I explained the app doesn't give the option to... she tells her manager. I'm showing the manager the app doesn't show the breakfast steak and egg or an add on egg for the Philly. He starts questioning where is the third sandwich bc I only got two, and saying the Philly has more meat and they have to charge for the egg bc they aren't "giving away free food". I'm not asking for free food I'm trying to use both of my coupons... I explain that the cashier said it was okay to order the Philly In place of the steak and egg breakfast.. I said if it's really serious, I'll pay for the egg again as I payed the $3 for the first sandwich already... I said sir can I please explain exactly what I'm trying to do? There is no third Philly with egg, there's two steak and egg breakfast sandwiches. He didn't hear me out at all and said "you're getting hype and I'm on my lunch so I'm not gonna deal with you" ... I'm not getting hype I'm trying to explain the app limitations ... safe to say I won't try to explain or use my coupons here again since it's such a battle ..? Mind u I had my card ready to pay for the egg I just wanted to explain the app doesn't let you ..

I never write reviews, but this needed to be said. I just had the worst experience at this Subway. When I walked in, the employee Jeremiah asked how many sandwiches I needed (which was two 6 inches) and then said, “I’ll be back in 10–15 minutes. You can wait if you want or leave.” He then proceeded to make his own sandwich without any further acknowledgment. Absolutely ridiculous!
I understand it’s been a long day and he may have been tired, which is why I even planned on tipping, but you do not treat customers that way.
I ended up going to the other Subway by Food 4 Less, and the employee there, Darrin, was the complete opposite of Jeremiah. He greeted me as I first walked in. He was also the only one working as well, with a line of customers, and still did a fantastic job. I tipped him $20 which is the same tip amount I would have given Jeremiah if he hadn’t had an attitude and been rude.

Coming out of state brothers I was hungry for food and didn't feel like driving home to make lunch. I came over to this subway and their professionalism was strong. You've been to a subway before you can expect to see the menu at the top. I tried that new chicken and avocado sandwich. The employee had a positive attitude. He prepared my food with fast precision. Payment was in a debt card. I tipped the employee as I felt he did a fantastic job. Overall the experience here was pleasant.

I’ve been in there several times and the manager hardly puts anything on when you ask for extra. Also, she cross contaminated everyone’s order. She doesn’t take off the gloves wash her hands and get a new pair of gloves, she continued to use the same pair of gloves for everyone’s order and there were at least five people in line ahead of me. I saw that and left. I warned a few customers of that and they didn’t realize and they said that is something they’ll definitely look out for next time.
