- GTGreg TerryDec 6, 20251.0Wow, I see why this place has a 2.6 star rating. I am in the area for work and had time for lunch so I stopped here without looking at the rating first. Thevstore was clean and the staff started out friendly..I ordered a 12" turkey with bacon. They really don't build a sandwich very well. The bacocon was slumped up and in the middle of my sandwich, I asked for just a few pepperoncinis the girl building my sandwich pretty much ignored me and slapped a bunch on, she was also a little heavy with the mustard and kept asking me if I wanted mayo even though I was very clear in what I wanted, same withbthe salt. It was almost like she did believe me when I told her how I wanted my sandwich. She asked if I wanted anything to drink I replied I would like a bottle of water, three cookies and some chips, she asked if I wanted a cup of water I repeated I would like the bottle of water, she repeated again do I want a cup of water, to which I replied, I want a bottle of water. She hot offended by this and her attitude whent to shit. Key points gor improvement 1) build a better sandwich 2) listen to your customers they typically know exactly what they want. 3) don't give attitude when customers repeat themselves because you're not listening to them. I will remember this location and will not be back. Hope you enjoy my $22.00
