  When I called for confirmation they instantly hanged up and when I went there they go my order horribly wrong I asked for a 5 piece nugget and a Dr Pepper and they gave me a McDonald’s crispy and a cherry coke. (Recommended to go to either the other banning location or Calimesa here they always get your order wrong some how small or large.)

  Ordered breakfast on the mobile app and and arrived before 1030. Waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes. When I got to the window I was informed they couldn't make my breakfast as it was after 1030. The manager Jaque proceed to call me a liar and tell me I wasn't there before 1030. Completely unprofessional customer service.

  What ? Google says open at 5 a.m and we came to the restaurant and the crew said no, it's open at 6:30a.m. Please, update business hours.

  I had gone on McDonald's website and saw I was able to order food and have it delivered so I went ahead and placed an order for delivery on 12/5/2025 between 4:40pm-4:50pm (over 24 hours in advance) for 2- big Mac grinch adult happy meals and 2- 10 piece nugget grinch adult happy meals which by the time I was done spent about $86 only for my family to be so excited (we planned a family movie night along with our dinner) and so when 5pm rolled around and then 5:40pm rolled around I call the delivery service and they say they are waiting on our meal from McDonald's still and it should be to us by 5:50pm and if not call back. So I wait another 8 minutes then receive a text saying my whole order is canceled that it could not be fulfilled. I do not think this was right to do to any customer. If there is an option to order for scheduled day and time it all should be honored or told to the customer immediately, not over an hour of waiting and having to go through all that. So not only was our dinner ruined so was our family movie night since I had to go to another fast food place to get food for my family and by the time my family was able to eat and the movie we were going to watch was the grinch so that was ruined as well tonight. I am not just blaming McDonald's as I am also blaming Doordash as well for dropping the ball on this too.
