I literally witnessed a worker at this beaumont location teach their coworker how to bs their way through orders. Terrible standards.

This is the second time I ordered a chai because it was a cold rainy day and I wanted something hot instead of a lemonade and they made it iced without asking me. It wasn't a promo one of anything. I don't get it, they always ask if I want the lemonade blended or not but 2/2 times now they've just assumed I meant iced when I order a chai. I would have clarified at the order but I had forgotten the previous mishap until now. I don't like making a stink so I just took it but it bummed me out and in an effort to cheer me up my fiance offered to strain the ice and heat it for me. We don't have the tools for that so of course it made a huge mess which made our morning extra fun, all so I could have about 1/2 cup (because it's like 80% ice) of my intended beverage. At least it cost a lot!

They get my day started on a happy note. Its not about the happy bday...it's about customer service. Dutch bro...you can do better. It will be a while before I come back.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
