  Alex is was great and so helpful trying to overcome the frustrations of the Domino’s app! Ordering in the app is making me question whether I ever want to go back, and I’ve been a rewards member for years! This location is great, but this review is how I seem to have found all the short comings of the app with one order. Their app is only made for small orders like a family meal, but I needed to order 7+ pizzas and garlic bites for my son’s birthday. I built the whole order and the first roadblock was I couldn’t schedule ahead and pay with gift cards so I waited until about half an hour before and tried to order it for “now,” Second roadblock, I could only use 2 gift cards max (I had 4x$25), then I tried to select ‘pay at store’ but you can’t do that when it’s over $30. Third roadblock, I went to the actual store to place the order so I could use all 4 gift cards, BUT they can’t give you any of the deals from the app and it was going to cost me $70 MORE for the same order! What?! Alex could see I was frustrated - and I knew it wasn’t his fault. He did all he could to help me out and finally I was ready to place the order and I thought “well let me scan my rewards so I can at least get some points for the big order”…NOPE!! You can’t earn any points if you order in the store! What!? Where’s the customer loyalty? I’ve been a rewards member for years and (I used) to prefer Dominos over the other main pizza place, but NOT ANY MORE!! Dominos corporate doesn’t actually care about the customer! And their whole app and rewards process is too cumbersome! I’m done!

  Allergic to mushrooms forgot to take them out of my sandwhich and they said since I didn't clarify it, there was nothing they could do. Waste of money on my end but thankfully handed it out to a homeless woman so it didn't go entirely to waste. The lady manager on dec.12 2025 around 12:30p is such an inconsiderate unempathetic person who must have never made a mistake in her life to be slightly more understanding. Multibillion dollar company yet can't remake a small sandwhich.

  Been getting their pizzas a few times now and never had any issues. The online order was not working so went to the store and was greeted and helped by a very nice older gentleman. They looked really busy but he was able to take my order quickly and it was done very quickly. Never had any issues with their pizzas their deals are the best around.

  On friday 9/25/25 , place a delivery order online # 190 at 12:47pm , Called them if they could do one simple request , because it wasn't letting me do it online, Female on phone very disrespectful, and lack of customer service, cancel my order immediately, called banning domino's and they did it for me, thank you banning domino's , Maybe you guys need to take that girl on the phone back to training,
