  Always lady with the red hair she messes up my order for a simple drink top it off one drink that’s placed and it only happens with her I’m hearing she is a manager and that confused me because I clearly don’t understand why my drink and I come to this location and it’s her that’s the only one that gets my order wrong 😑 and I’m not rude I place my order fast because I know what I want everyday same coffe lol Dutch bros has an employee problem that’s causing unnecessary feed back FYI

  We love Dutch Bros. But the Dutch Bros in California in Beaumont was not that great. We had to wait 30 minutes for 4 drinks and all the people were standing around upset because the staff was taking so long to prepare their drinks. This was the first time we had to wait this long for our drinks.

  There were 4 cars ahead of me and it appeared that they all had only 1 drink each. It took me 25 minutes to get my drink which was supposed to be peach green tea. They forgot the tea and I got peach water.

  Where do I even begin? I’ve brought my daughters here a few times, and let me start by saying the drinks are good. However, the long waiting lines, both drive-in and walk-up, are incredibly slow. The line often wraps around the building, and there are only about four people working. On every occasion, we’ve waited about 30 to 40 minutes to get some drinks. Simply put, I’ll never wait this long for a drink again. We’ll unfortunately have to take our business elsewhere. Another complaint I have is the music choice. When we’re sitting in line, they play the worst explicit music you could imagine. The song was literally about pulling panties to the side and sliding in. Seriously? I could care less if I was in a bar or adult lounge, but this is a place that serves families. Come on, guys, get it together! If you’re looking for a nice coffee or refreshing drink and don’t want to wait 35 to 40 minutes and listen to explicit music while you wait with your kids, don’t get in this line. Simply pass this place up. Every single time I’ve come here, when you get to the window, all you’re greeted with is, “I’m so sorry for the wait.” Sorry, I hate to give a one-star review, but I’d rather express the truth for others.

  Nope! Took about 40 minutes to get my drinks. Don’t stop by if you’re in a hurry. Waited in line for about 5 minutes until I realized the outside cashier had skipped my car, that’s fine it happens, tons of cars whatever. Proceeded to place my order on the app. Finalized my order and it said it would be ready about 4:40 that’s fine it was about 4:29 when I placed it. Line wasn’t moving so at 4:40ish I was able to leave the drive thru and parked. I had my daughters get out of the car to let them know we got out of the drive thru if we could just pick up our order. Inside cashier couldn’t find my order so my daughters showed him the order confirmation and said the drinks would be right up. 20 min later it’s already 5pm I get off and ask for the order, another cashier said he had just received the order that I had placed 30min ago. Ok? I left Dutch Bros around 5:10ish with half ass drinks, they forgot my boba. Lost me as a customer, not that it matters much but I’ll be taking my $23 and buying drinks elsewhere.
