  Western Family Red Curry Paste Review 🌶️ Four Tablespoons?! Who Hurt Me? I bought Western Family Red Curry Paste thinking, “I enjoy a little spice. I am an adult. I can handle this.” The instructions said 4 tablespoons per 400 mL of coconut milk. Four. FOUR. I followed the instructions, because apparently I had temporarily lost all survival instincts. Within minutes, my dinner went from “pleasant Thai-inspired curry” to “the floor is lava and the lava has anger issues.” My mouth was sweating. My forehead was sweating. I’m pretty sure my ancestors were sweating. And then came the realization that this wasn’t just a meal. This was a 3 a.m. appointment with consequences. I spent the evening wondering whether I would wake up in the middle of the night with spicy butthole syndrome and discover that my digestive tract had declared independence. Would I be peacefully sleeping at 3 a.m.? Or would I suddenly be sprinting toward the bathroom screaming, “THE LAVA IS COMING!” Western Family, I respect the confidence. But FOUR tablespoons per 400 mL of coconut milk is not a recipe. It’s a threat. Next time, I’m using approximately one tablespoon, adding more carefully, and keeping a fire extinguisher, a glass of milk, and a signed last will and testament nearby. Flavor: 9/10 Spice: 47/10 Chance of peaceful bowel movements: TBD Would buy again: Yes, but I’m cutting that four-tablespoon recommendation in half… and then in half again… and possibly calling my lawyer. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for flavor. 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ for the impending gastrointestinal apocalypse.

  The cashier, a polite young man, messed up my order in multiple ways. It was unbelievable. I’m an Uber delivery driver, and it caused me and my Uber customer a lot of problems.
