The food was exceptional, every dish was beautifully presented, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavour. You can truly taste the quality of the ingredients and the care that goes into every plate. What made the evening even more memorable was the outstanding service from our server, Teagan. She was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout the entire meal. She anticipated everything we needed without ever being intrusive, and her recommendations were spot on. It’s rare to receive service that is both professional and so personable. Sidecut delivered a flawless dining experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for an unforgettable steakhouse with amazing food and impeccable service, this is the place. My girlfriend and I can’t wait to come back!

The food was absolutely delicious, and even the plates were thoughtfully selected by the chef to complement each dish. The service was excellent, everyone was attentive and professional, especially Adrian. We truly loved this restaurant. It’s definitely a place we’ll miss and look forward to visiting again when we’re back in Vancouver!
