  I had a great experience at KFC thanks to Suman. She provided excellent customer service and was very polite and friendly. Her good nature made the visit even better, and she handled everything with a positive attitude. It’s always nice to be served by someone who is kind and respectful. Keep up the great work!

  I’m wonder if I can give them zero star, not because of their food, because of their employees, especially guy with turban and big beard, may be he is Manager there. His behaviour with customers is really disgusting. I start doing Door Dash and he blocked me from their system without any explanation.. this is not only me who is suffering from the same thing here, lots of other Dasher also dealing with it. I ask so many Dashers and they told me it’s the same guy with turban who blocked everyone for his own benefits because he is doing dash too. He is taking our opportunities away. It’s really disgusting and disappointing.

  I don’t expect perfection from a place like KFC—but I do expect the basics. This visit didn’t deliver on any of them. The first thing I noticed wasn’t the food—it was how dirty the dining area was. Tables left uncleared, surfaces not wiped… it immediately gave a bad impression. Cleanliness should be the bare minimum anywhere serving food. Service didn’t make things any better. I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes while staff were in the back talking, completely unaware of a customer waiting. No acknowledgment, no urgency—just silence. And then the food. The root beer was completely flat, and the chicken wasn’t even hot. That’s the one thing you expect to be right, and it still missed the mark. Overall, a pretty disappointing experience. Basic standards like cleanliness, attentiveness, and food quality really need improvement here.

  Disappointing experience – Missing items and terrible quality ( Rating- 0/5) I ordered a box meal through the KFC app last night using a coupon code. The meal was supposed to include a Big Crunch burger, 2 pieces of chicken, popcorn chicken, fries, and a drink. I also ordered an extra chicken burger separately. When I arrived, the staff member only offered me the chicken, popcorn, and fries. I asked if they could make my chicken fresh, and she assured me it was already freshly prepared, so I trusted her. Unfortunately, when I got home and opened the bag, the Big Crunch burger from the coupon was completely missing. On top of that, the chicken I was given was far from fresh—it was hard to eat, looked unappetizing, and the quality was just unacceptable. I ended up throwing everything in the garbage, including the extra burger I had paid for. This was a very disappointing experience. Please take this as constructive feedback and work with your staff on order accuracy and food quality.
