  Mia provided fantastic service, kept us well fed and watered and even helped to swap out one of our mains when it wasn’t quite to our taste. She was quick, efficient and incredibly friendly. We’ll be back.

  Came by around 11:00 am for breakfast, was told breakfast ends at 11:00 am, regardless I made a request and they served breakfast, that was a nice gesture. The sausage was slightly cold but no other complaints. Yes, it’s a bit pricy but it’s the convenience you get while staying at the Four Seasons, I wouldn’t say it’s massively overpriced like others have indicated. Overall a good dining experience. I ordered the Any Two Eggs breakfast with smoked salmon, sausage and fruit and the tomato soup. The soup came with toast with cheese and pesto, it was nice. Everything tasted fine.

  We went for dinner yesterday and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I asked our server about vegetarian options, and she told me they could make the $47 Wagyu burger vegetarian. I specifically asked whether the price would reflect the fact that the burger would be served without the Wagyu, and she told me yes. My girlfriend ordered the Caesar salad without anchovies, but it arrived with anchovies and took about 10 minutes to be replaced. When the bill came, I was charged the full $47 for the vegetarian burger. When I questioned it, the server claimed she had told me the price would remain the same, which was simply not true. I had specifically asked about this before ordering. Mistakes happen, but being told one thing before ordering and then having it denied when the bill arrived felt very misleading and showed a real lack of integrity. For a restaurant charging these kinds of prices, I expected much better communication, attention to dietary requests, and professionalism.

  Overall the food and drinks were very expensive while lacking flavor or creativity. The Cesar salad was bland and the grilled lions mane mushroom was tough and lacked creativity.

  The food here was absolutely divine! We came yesterday and our server was Lucy and she was absolutely fantastic. Her menu knowledge was incredible, was an attentive server and also a great personality. She really made our night. Thanks Lucy!
