Great restaurant in a great hotel! Loved the buffet that they offer to their guests everyday. Although we were a little unlucky to have hit the closures for one day but we got a good compensation in the form of skillet breakfast. Starting with the buffet, it was vast with varieties of breads, live omelet counter, a chocolate fountain (every kid's AND adult's dream breakfast item!), fruits, roasted veggies, pancakes, salad bar, hummus, even dumplings! mini burritos, the quintessential sausage, eggs, pastries etc. The spinach feta danish and the mini burrito really stood out The quantity was awesome, taste was good too although I would not say top notch.
Coming to the skillet breakfast in lieu of the buffet contained, eggs, potatoes, beautifully buttered and toasted sourdough, tomato, hashbrown, avocado, chicken sausage, chocolate croissant, latte, all of which was awesome with the exception of the sausage which was average. The quantity of the food was not a lot since we were hungry within hours whereas the buffet food was so much that we did not need to eat till dinner!
The service was top notch, great ambience with the mountain view, a fireplace, pretty seating.
