  Absolutely disgusted with there employees .... I hobble my way in there with a broken foot struggling to get around finally get to the cash register were the stupid self check out thing goes off ten times because I cant place water down ..... everyone is too bussy counting milk bottles to do anything... why do u have so many employees but none realy doing anything ??? I recommend going to any other grocery store but this one

  I had a great experience today. I was coming from Vancouver and stuck in traffic and close to not making my delivery window. The Save-on delivery department kept in touch and worked overtime to ensure I would get my order today (with 4 kids it was important to have food for the week!). Thank you so much for your great service and understanding!

  Terrible customer service at the checkouts, Tracey was incredibly rude and absolutely zero help with the self checkout machine when requested, will not be shopping here again. The only reason I’ve given 2 stars is because the ladies in the pharmacy department are always very kind and super helpful, I wish I could give them a separate 5 star review

  Thought it was pretty rude that you had two tills open and then closed one when you have a line up of nine people waiting to check out. How about a little teamwork and you clear that lineup first. Nothing like getting a "this check out is closed "sign slam down in front of your face and then going to wait at the back of another line. Of course, you have self check outs, so that shouldn't be a big deal. Except for some reason your self Check outs are dumb and you can't enter your phone number to collect your points. You can only do that at the till, unless you're going to carry around the stupid bulky card. Also I love how your bathroom hours are different from your store hours. Most grocery stores allow their patrons to use the washroom during their entire open hours of operation.
