- JMJasmine MMay 3, 20262.0They pulled us ahead to wait for our order and said it'd be 2 minutes and then they just forgot about us so I had to just go in and pick up our order after waiting 10 minutes. Food was fine but maybe they need to be a little more organized at this location. Then after less than 2 minutes with my drink, my straw fell apart so I can't even drink my frappe 😂 Maybe they need better quality straws too?

I have to repeat myself four times and they still mess my order up every time i go there. It is very frustrating and annoying and to the point where I don't even want to go back anymore.
