  Went to pick up dinner. Ordered 3 meals in person, and the workers got it wrong twice. Upon the chaos of everything going on and the 3rd order, I arrived home only to find out that order was wrong as well! The level of incompetency here is incredible. Not to mention the place is filthy; garbage on floor and tables, leftover food scraps, overflowing garbage bins. The workers seem more interested in their own conversations than providing customer service. No “hi, how are you?” “Thank you” or anything along those lines. Just dark blank stares. Stay away from this location

  Yesterday i went to chipotle park royal location and my experience was so good here. Employees and atmosphere is nice here. Special shout out to Manpreet Kaur, she is so friendly and kind. Must visit place.

  The employees were chatty, had to wait for them to finish their conversation before I could order. Also, the portions here are tiny. I’ve never gotten so little at Chipotle, even when I asked for extra.

  I couldn't believe how bad this Chipotle was managed when I last visited. First, there was no white rice. The employee had to scrape the old dried rice from the edges and bottom of the bin. Then there was virtually no fajitas vegetables. Again they gave me the tired last few pieces. Finally came the Carnitas that looked more like broth with a few shreds of meat. At that point I had had enough and shared my displeasure with the staff. The manager opened the burrito looked at it and threw it away. She got some more white rice, and said sorry no veggies or Carnitas... what protein I'd like instead. I used to love Chipotle, my son worked there while in high school. Fix this or close it! The Manager should be fired. The manager said I should have said something before they were finished. But I had no idea... I could live with the rice, I could deal with no veggies... out of a protein at 12:25 lunch and the restaurant was empty, I wonder why

  My first experience with Chipotle Mexican Grill was about 10 years ago on Howe St. in downtown Vancouver. Back then, the place was modern and cool, the food was great, and I quickly became a huge fan. I have so many great memories of grabbing lunch there with my colleagues when I worked in the area. Because of that history, this brand is important to me. Unfortunately, these days, it feels like everything is going wrong. The branches aren't as clean, the employees aren't friendly, and the prices have gone up. I can understand some of that—we are living in difficult times—but recently I had such a bad experience that I couldn't stop myself from sharing it here. I ordered my food at the Park Royal (West Vancouver) branch. The employee acted as if she didn't even want to be there. She was literally "counting" the food she put in the bowl. She would take a scoop from the container, reduce it by half, and then put only about 30% of that into my bowl, returning the rest to the container. This happened with almost every ingredient. At the end, she put exactly five or six pieces of lettuce on top and handed me a half-empty bowl that cost more than ever before. When she saw I was unhappy, she didn't even give me a receipt. I didn't say a word to the staff because I suspect they are being told to do this, but in that moment, I felt like I was in a prison being rationed food. I am speaking to the brand owners now: What do you call this? Is this the image we want to project as Canadians—being greedy and disrespectful to loyal customers? Please, think about the direction this brand is heading. It’s heartbreaking to see.
