  I usually enjoy Chipotle, but unfortunately my recent experience was disappointing\. The portions were noticeably smaller than expected, and the customer service could have been more friendly and attentive\. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both portion consistency and customer service.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience this time. I’ve been coming to this Chipotle location regularly and know what the normal portion size looks like. What I received today was honestly shocking—the portion was about half of what I usually get. I paid more than $20 for this bowl. I understand there can be some variation depending on who prepares the order, but this was way beyond a reasonable difference. With how much a meal costs now, customers shouldn’t have to wonder whether they’re going to receive a normal portion or half a meal. I’ve been a frequent customer, which makes this experience even more frustrating.

  September 20, around 3:45 PM, I visited the Chipotle in West Vancouver, and what a disappointment this store has become\. What a contrast when you look from a distance at the patios of Popeyes and Chipotle. The difference in cleanliness and upkeep was striking. Where is the field leader overseeing this location? Chipotle was not like this about five years ago. There appeared to be three managers working during the shift a General Manager or Apprentice, a Kitchen Manager, and a Service Manager, assuming those were their positions. With that much management present, I was honestly shocked by the condition of the restaurant. It wasn’t even particularly busy and there was barely a lineup, yet the dining room was extremely dirty and disorganized. Tables were covered with food and left uncleaned, garbage bins were full, and customers had to clean tables themselves before sitting down. And, this is not the first time I see this particular chipotle in such stage. The patio was even worse napkins and garbage everywhere, dirty tables, and food left on the chairs tables, chairs, and floor. It was difficult to find anywhere clean to sit. The management appears to be incompetent and rude, and the entire store looked neglected and non of them care. If the customer\-facing areas are allowed to become this dirty when the restaurant isn’t particularly busy, it raises serious concerns about the cleanliness standards in the food preparation and storage areas that customers cannot see. If you want a quick meal, make sure you don’t wear your best clothes, because you may end up sitting in sour cream and corn. I used to expect much better from this location. Very disappointing experience. I hope I never end up coming to this location again.

  This was my second time making the mistake of coming to this Chipotle location, and somehow I got the exact same terrible service again. The employee was literally counting the pieces of chicken as she put them in my bowl. I asked for double chicken and was completely fine paying extra for it, but she only added TWO more pieces. How is that considered double chicken? I paid around $14 and ended up with a portion that looked like a kid’s meal. The portions are honestly ridiculous, especially for what they’re charging. If customers are paying extra for double protein, they should actually receive double protein. Extremely disappointing service and portions. I gave this location a second chance, but I definitely won’t be making that mistake a third time.

  Our first time having Chipotle! Was super excited because i heard so much over the internet. But to be frank, i would not recommend. The person working was incredibly rude and kept glaring at us, and talked so fast we couldn’t even hear what she was asking us. Took a total of 15 seconds making both of our bowls, with unbalanced portions and food getting all over the sides. She gave me corn, (which i am allergic to) and SO MUCH guacamole to my friend to the point where he couldn’t even eat it. She didn’t even care enough to let us finish our sentence before putting it into the bowl.
