I PAID FOR THE WHOLE THING OF CILANTRO LIME AN SHE ONLY HAD ENOUGH FOR 2/3ds OF THE CONTAINER AND SHE WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS CILANTRO LIME IN THE WALK In FRIDGE BUT SHE DIDNT FEEL LIKE GOING SO SHE JUST CLOSED THE LID AND THREW OT IN THE BAG. She gave me HALF of the honey chicken portion and when i said aomething and showed her images of my previous bowl she mumbled something about portions and she just moved on. Im having moxed feelings about chipotle now.

From the garbage outside, which clearly noone who works at this establishment cares to deal with to the absolutely filthy dining area which clearly isnt'r swept, mopped or wiped down regularly. As patrons can see the chaos that is the cooking space and kitchen, it is mind blowing that the health department isn't deployed here daily to shut it down. I've attended here twice, second time was because I thought perhaps my initial attendance was an off day for this location. NOPE! It's clear there is absolutely no care to the health and safety of it's patrons. Do better! And give a care, at least somewhat.
- KKKianakaliJul 31, 20264.0Love Chipotle but the West Van location has not had fajita vegetables the last few months when we have come after 9pm which is disappointing especially when I spend over $25 for a vegetarian burrito, chips, guac and salsa. Management, please get your staff to stock vegetarian ingredients in the last hour of service. For non meat eaters this is an important ingredient!
