  The pizza was delicious and the service was delightful. The Indian boy with glasses was very friendly and professional. Definitely coming back again soon

  I used to order from this location quite frequently a couple years ago and it was great, but the food is horrible now. I guess that's what happens when it gets bought by people who have no clue how to run a successful franchise restaurant and it goes through different management multiple times. Avoid and go anywhere else.

  I am a regular Papa Johns customer and almost always order online. I've never had an experience this disappointing until now. The issue started because Google Maps apparently directed the driver to the wrong location. I answered every phone call from the store and even sent a text message with my correct address to help the driver find me. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation, the employee who introduced himself as "Josh" (he doesn’t sound like a Josh.. for real!!! ) made me feel like I was being accused of trying to scam the store. He mentioned that they have customers who order without paying, indirectly implying that I was one of them. That was both unprofessional and insulting. I called the store again..not to complain about the wait, but simply to provide better directions for the driver. As soon as Josh answered, without even greeting me, he immediately yelled, "HE IS ON HIS WAY!" His tone was rude and hostile from the moment he picked up the phone. When I calmly told him that he didn't need to yell, he insisted he wasn't yelling and blamed it on being busy and standing in front of the oven. Being busy is never an excuse to speak to customers disrespectfully. To make matters worse, when the driver finally arrived, my order was wrong. I called back because I didn't deserve to be treated that way, especially when the order wasn't even correct. Throughout the conversation, every time I tried to explain my concerns, Josh repeatedly interrupted me and kept making excuses instead of listening. A sincere apology would have gone much further than arguing with a paying customer. At one point, he asked how he could make things right and offered to refund my order. I told him I wasn't calling for a refund!! I simply wanted him to fix his attitude. His customer service was unacceptable. When I told him that, his response genuinely shocked me. He said, "I know I have bad customer service." If you already know your customer service is poor, then why continue treating customers that way? That attitude reflects badly on the entire store and hurts the business. I've been a loyal customer, and this experience has left me extremely disappointed. I hope management addresses this because no customer should be spoken to or treated this way. PS: the rider is so nice. please fire people who are not even happy for what they are doing! having a busy and bad day is not an excuse or ticket to disrespect people!

  I went to Papa Johns 20 minutes before closing. The cashier was an Indian male, I told him that me and my friend need two garden veggie pizzas. He was very rude and said that they don’t have mushrooms. We said that’s fine. Then we asked him if they had any mushrooms left for one pizza as my friend loved mushroom toppings. He said- earlier you said you were fine and now you keep changing your mind. We don’t have mushrooms rn, do you still wanna continue. He said it in a really rude tone. We said okay fine, but the experience was really horrible
