  This is the WORST KFC you could go to in the area, and in my opinion the worst restaurant in West Kelowna. Like the other reviewers said - it smells terrible inside, is dirty and very humid. The only upside is that the parking lot is usually always empty. On a lot of visits, the chicken was extremely greasy, to the point where there was a pool of grease in the bottom of the box. The restaurant stinks lots of the time too. We've obviously been here way too many times than we should've because everytime in the last two years we've gone it's never been good. And when you go there at lunch time and ask for chicken the people working there will tell you to wait 20+ minutes because they are out of meat. You would think a place like this would prepare for the lunch hour and make the chicken when they clock into work but that isn't the case. They also seem to always have an issue everytime you walk in, but maybe they just expect no one to come in anymore because of how bad it is. There is also never any vehicles parked here or never anyone going through the drive-thru. And it's not like it's a dead spot either because the A&W that is right beside it, is always busy and packed throughout the day. So it just looks like people are avoiding this place purposefully, the only people who are likely visiting this place are tourists or maybe desperate people who don't wanna go to Kelowna for KFC. Because I'm sure everyone in the area is aware of this awful establishment, how this place is still operating is beyond me.

  Fries were cold. Waited over 10 minutes. Didn’t give us the whole order. No one was ahead of us in line so waiting at speaker for 5 minutes.

  No A/C inside, no ice in the beverage machine, chicken wasn’t fully cooked and I can go on with a list. I don’t blame the people who are working here (they are just working) but #KFC what in the world are you doing?🤦🏻‍♂️ #KFC do you really wanna to take your name forward with above mentioned? Nice!!! 👏🏻

  This is absolutely the worst fast food franchise in Westbank and maybe in Canada. No electricity in the restaurant and the washrooms, last summer no AC, last order they forgot items and I was told I’ll have a discount next order. Saturday I went in.. had no clue about the last mistake. Ordered a combo, waited 25 min as thy only had 2 employees and one was in training. At noon they had no white meat left. Pop machine had no ice and dispensed warm flat pop. Staff was ignorant. Same shit for the last 10 years at this location.
