Honestly, save your money and go somewhere else. We ordered a mini Blizzard and a large Blizzard today, paid extra for extra toppings, and got handed two cups of soup. You could literally stir them. They didn't even do the signature Dairy Queen upside-down flip when they handed them to us—probably because they knew it would have poured all over the counter. When I brought it up to the guy at the front counter, he was super defensive and kept challenging me, saying "Nope, nope, it's a shake. It's a shake." We kept telling him no, we ordered Blizzards, but he just kept giving us the runaround to cover his tracks. It was so awkward and embarrassing that we just left and sat in the car.
My son's was so runny he couldn't even enjoy it, so he decided to go back inside to politely ask for a replacement. The guy completely refused him, blamed us, and claimed it "melted because it took too long." He even lied straight to our faces and claimed he did do the upside-down flip when he gave them to us. He absolutely did not. To make it worse, another employee jumped in just to defend the first guy and berate my son. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. They don't care about quality, they lie to your face, and they treat people terribly.
Consider yourself lucky to first think about looking at reviews before going here. This location is such a disgrace to not only Dairy Queen, but fast food in general. The double bacon deluxe is so low quality, bland and unappetizing that I threw it out after two bites and decided to just not eat. The fries were good, but they skimp you on the amount. The blizzard has virtually no mixings - I got a Reese’s blizzard and it probably amounted to 1/3 of one Reese’s cup total in the whole thing. Essentially just vanilla ice cream. I’m hopeful that this is just issues at this one location, but, after having this, I’m not having Dairy Queen again. The quality, or at the very least the consistency of their franchisees, is just so bad that it’s not worth it with so many other options. Do not try.

I've never written a bad review before but the interaction i had earlier was not deserved. As someone who works in a costumer based industry, I understand stressful complications & misunderstandings. However, i ordered 1 caramel sundae, & 2 dipped cones. At the window they said 2 sundae. Wasn't a big deal, just said "sorry it was just 1". They corrected that & then proceeded to hand us the wrong dipped cones. We ordered mint, they gave us cinnamon. I was still nice about it & asked them to switch at least 1 of the cones for the original I had ordered as it was for someone else who cant have cinnamon. he then said "we cant change the order 5 times" in what felt like a rude manner. (it was not 5× that was only the 2nd correction..) we then had to pay for an extra cone because they refused to correct one. It was all a misunderstanding & they could have been nicer about it.
Was hopeful for a quick, positive drive thru experience, instead the staff got the order wrong, gave an incorrect cash refund on a credit card order (went back inside to get the full refund), and the blizzard was melted and average at best. Sorry, but unimpressed.
I recently visited this Dairy Queen drive-thru and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience.
I ordered the Backyard Ranch Burger, a poutine, and a crispy chicken sandwich. After ordering, I was asked to pull aside because the chicken was still being made, and I was told it would only take about 4 minutes. However, I ended up waiting approximately 8–12 minutes instead.
On top of the excessive wait time, one of the bacon slices on my Backyard Ranch Burger was noticeably undercooked/raw. I’ve attached photos showing the comparison between the raw piece and another properly cooked slice that was included on the burger.
Additionally, both burgers had barely any sauce on them at all, which can also be seen in the photos provided. The food overall felt rushed and poorly prepared, especially considering the additional wait time.
Overall, I’m not happy with the quality control or the experience I received during this visit. That said, I’m willing to have management reach out to me directly to discuss the situation and hopefully rectify it appropriately.
