    Why even post your phone number if ypu guys never answer your phone? I've come here the last three years to pick up a birthday cake that was ordered weeks in advance and they always start it when I get to the store for pick up. Then almost zero effort goes in to making it look nice. Just one color and they usually have to ask me what to write on the cake even though its stated in the order.

    Completely incompetent staff. I ordered a new pineapple lemonade cooler with tajin and it doesn't come with tajin and he tries to tell me I didn't order it with it. I said I did. So I hand it back to remake and they give it back to me the exact same way. By that point I just left because you can't argue with incompetence.

    Today at 4. My wife and i went through the drive through. I ordered a chocolate blizzard and she ordered a dipped cone. Go to pick up and it was a vanilla blizzard and a dipped cone, picture attached. I asked where the chocolate is. The woman at the pick up said we only put a little chocolate in so it doesnt get runny. Its not my first chocolate blizzard. And never had to accept a vanilla in place of chocolate. She just ssid sorry! So DQ, if you can make a shake chocolate, and a blizzard chocolate, why are your chocolate blizzards now vanilla? Is this a matter of not enough training?

    It’s been a fantastic visit the burgers were super fresh and staffs were amazing. We went a family the staffs were so welcoming and smarties my fav blizzard. Best place to visit dq always.
