  Awful experience at the customer service desk Saturday night. The lady working was incredibly rude and dismissive from the start with no attempt to be helpful, kind or polite. My partner attempted to return a product in it's original packaging with a quality issue. The woman working dismissively says it's not refundable as soon as she sees the package is opened. No where on the receipt or the Save On website does it say items need to be sealed, which shouldn't apply to returns related to a quality issue anyway. For a company with such an ambiguous return policy, you'd think the staff would be kinder about those questions. No one whose entire job is serving customers should be acting so hostile. Some sort of performance review and additional customer service training needs to occur so more patrons don't have to deal with her attitude.

  Today I was doing Instacart and a kind man who worked here named Dave helped me find many items from my list. He spent his time bringing some items and directing me around. Very kind and generous person. He made my shopping experience nice and easy! I hope he gets compensated for the nice gesture he did today! It made my day.

  Security is heavy-handed to the point of intimidation. I understand this location has a lot of retail theft and therefore support the security. However, today I went in at 9am to buy literally one gallon of milk and was followed from the front door through my entire shop. It's not hard to tell you're being followed when all the fridges are reflective and every single aisle the security is waiting behind you. I politely asked the lady if she'd like to follow me whilst I finish my shop as I could see her doing so and she just claimed it was 'patrol'. It was not. Not coming back, don't feel welcome and I did nothing wrong.
