  There are multiple amazing staff that work at this store and one that always comes to my mind when I am shopping is Nikki! She always is extremely friendly and professional as she always goes the extra mile. I would nominate her for Employee of the year due to her legendary high level of customer service that she always provides to each customer she engages with. Nikki is one of the many reasons I will always show at this store. Nikki deserves a promotion or award for her consistency and always going beyond the initial need of the customers. I am not sure if Amy is still at this store but when she helped me out earlier this year she truly went above and beyond as well. The shelves are always stocked and the management I do see are always friendly genuine kind and caring and usually check in to ensure I find everything I need. Thank you!

  I came in right before closing of the store and there were like 7 items on my list that i needed very urgently. The manager Laura was extremely helpful and so was the cashier Hannah. She literally ran to help me instead of telling me where the stuff is. Really thankful to you guys! Cheers✨

  Too many expired products. Bought some Riviera yogurt and when I brought it home I noticed before eating. It had expired April 19th. 2026 I bought my groceries April 22nd. Has anyone else noticed expired products?. The Sav-On foods in colwood corners! is not busy at all. They need to get the staff to check products everyday. If you see expired stuff, take it off the shelf. I have also done online grocery shopping and picked up and it took forever for a staff member to pick up the phone this is on Friday during the week.. I literally have to go in the store and ask for my groceries when I asked. Is everything okay with the food that I got anything missing? The young girl was like I don't know. I didn't patch your groceries. The staff there have no clue. I know it's not a busy grocery store but they need to step up a bit more. The staff need to care more about the surroundings of the store! Management never see them around!! Even the staff say complain because it happens all the time. No one picking up the phone for groceries online. Get them a portable phone so if they do leave they can carry a phone around with them. They usually will say so and so was on their break. If you have a staff member going on a break, give the phone to a manager if you have one! I did notice when I picked up an online grocery on a Saturday. There was a woman staff that was very nice. And she knew what she was doing cuz she packed the groceries and picked them out! I've also noticed the fruit and the vegetables are not looking as fresh! Like the onions and the grapes, you hardly see any staff around! Go to Red Barn!!. Look at their produce and fruit. I'm going to have to go shop somewhere else because getting expired stuff. Not happy taking the time to come in and returning!
