Fresh ingredients, large portions, and friendly staff. The prices have gotten a bit crazy, but same with everywhere. I used to eat here at least twice a week. However, recently I have noticed a decline in quality. It's really made me look at other BARritto options. My specific complaint would be the rice. The last 3 or 4 burritos I've had have been filled with hard, dry, and flavourless rice. It really ruins the experience. Mouth full after mouth full of inedible rice that takes up 1/3 of my meal. I've pretty much had it. It's a shame cause this is my go to place, but it's been consistently not great.
