  Came in with kids — regretted it immediately. Filth, unsanitary conditions, a bathroom you're afraid to set foot in. For a location in the heart of downtown Victoria — this is a disgrace. Management either never shows up or is fine with what's going on here. Either way, completely unacceptable.

  The staff in the morning today making breakfast made my coffee wrong 3 days in a row not only that they served me old hashbrowns that had been siting for too long and the supervisor that usually works has zero communication skills

  Very small space, especially for a restaurant. Not much seating available, most tables only have one chair. No tables were cleaned, we had to use one that had lettuce and sauces all over it. There are no napkins out and about, had to wait for the food to arrive to use napkins to clean the table. Part of our order was made wrong as well. But, it was lunch time on a weekend and it was overwhelmingly crowded and busy, so most of the inconvenience we encountered can be chalked up to that. It was our first time at this location, so not sure of how it typically is there.
