  Great experience at KFC Douglas Street! The staff were friendly and helpful, the service was quick, and the food was fresh and delicious. Everything was clean and well organized. Definitely a good place to visit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I'm lost for words at how awful my experience here was. I ordered delivery on their website and waited 30 mins with no updates or driver allocated so called them to be told "no driver is coming" and was told to contact third party. When I said I ordered through their own Website she said they don't even offer delivery and was told nothing could be done!! After a while she told me she would find a driver and to wait 30 More minutes for my food. An hour passes and I get a call from a confused delivery driver saying the KFC is CLOSED!! I said what can I do and he said "call them not sure" and hung up on me... He then calls back to say a KFC worker chased him down and handed him my food so now it is coming!?? After all this I was offered no refund of compensation of any kind and I wasted 2 hours of my evening!! Worst delivery experience I've ever had, so anoyyed.

  I had very good experience with this store.All services was really great especially gave by sumanjot.She’s really helpful and friendly.She’s provide her best service.I give these all stars because of her grateful service.

  This Kfc service is too good.All employees are so friendly. They made food really fast then other store.Highly recommended.

  Well this was a disappointing meal.First after my man got home it wasn't what we ordered.We wanted 8 piece chicken ,got hard chicken fingers ,hard popcorn chicken,and very salty gravy,which is usually my favorite. My man asked for mac salad or potato salad they said they dont serve that any more .so 37 dollars plus tax and had to stop at store to get a mac salad. I don't think we will ever go again just to many things wrong plus girl didn't understand English very well. I think its great to work but if you don't know some English you should not be at a place taking orders.Just so disappointing. Was going to take back but just through in garbage never know what you would get next.
