  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love this KFC! The food is always delicious, fresh, and satisfying. The staff are friendly and the service is great. It’s one of my favorite places to grab a quick and tasty meal. I’ll definitely be coming back again! 🍗❤️

  This has to be the worse KFC in Canada. I can't count how many times I ordered chicken from them and literally had missing items usually the fries get left out. I ordered a 3 piece meal and got 2 chests and a wing. If you don't know what a chest is it's literally the only part of the chicken with next to no meat on those bones plus they gave me a wing that's so small it shouldn't even be considered a piece of chicken. Management must be taking in the profits.

  *DON'T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. The manager didn't care about what we experienced and only offered to make sure our food is made fresh the next time we were in. * We ordered the family bucket meal which includes 10 piece chicken, large popcorn chicken, large fries and 2 sides. We requested for all chicken to be spicy and they asked us to park and that our order will be ready in 15 minutes, we go to park and 30+ minutes go by and STILL no food, we go inside and the female staff told us "we gave your order to someone else" and instead they threw something together and not giving us what we had asked for, they gave us 10 pieces of chicken, the chicken was over cooked, old, dry on the inside and batter on the outside was hard, we had asked for spicy and didn't get spicy. They gave us cold and hard fries like it had been sitting out or possibly reheated . We checked our order before leaving and they forgot to give us popcorn chicken which we had to go back inside for. WE WAITED IN THE PARKING LOT FOR 30 + MINS just to receive cold food, definitely not worth the wait and staff did not even apologize. The managers excuse was the staff are new and that he wasn't willing to make it right, he even acknowledged that they gave our food away but still all he offered was he would make sure our food is made fresh the next time we come in, I told him I would not be returning. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and manager doesn't care!! I even offered to show him a picture which I will be adding to this post, the chicken are two different shades. ALSO, one of our sides were gravy and they filled the gravy half ways, wasn’t even full.

  Had a great experience at KFC drive-thru! The service was quick, smooth, and friendly. The staff was polite and made sure my order was correct. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and I’ll definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend this
