  I’ve had a really good experience at the KFC. The restaurant is well maintained, clean, and organized, which makes a big difference. Staff are friendly, efficient, and get orders out quickly, even during busy times. My food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I expected from KFC. Overall, a reliable location with good service—I’ll definitely be back.

  Me and a friend of mine went to this KFC I decided to eat next-door thank God at the Greek restaurant My buddy decided to go in and get a four piece of chicken I went in there because I decided maybe I’ll get a couple pieces. I was the only one in the place beside my body. I sit in front of the counter for at least 10 minutes. She came out three times looked at me. I decided not to take my order but leave me standing. She gave me a dirty look so I decided I was gonna go elsewhere and left. My buddy followed with his Four pieces of chicken in his hand we go outside to eat it into one it was raw. He looked at the other three and they were pretty well the same Instead of having a conflict He decided just to leave I find this KFC people working there are rude and they’re not cooking their food right and I couldn’t help noticing this. Also, there’s other people on this that are commenting on their raw food that they’re selling. I feel sorry for all of you live around this KFC I have a craving for chicken This place is disgusting

  I ordered lunch as I was busy and was unable to get to the restaurant so paying the $5 delivery charge was worth it. My food came and one of my items was missing. I called immediately and asked them to have a driver deliver the missing item and was told I would have to come pick it up. I paid for delivery so this was not ok. They apparently take pictures of the order going out and the person answering the phone said she had made an error and forgot it. She offered me a credit but after tasting the disgusting , soggy food (the box tore it was so saturated and soggy) i was not interested in returning and asked for a refund... i was told that I would receive one in 5 to 7 business days. I later got a call saying I would get no refund but they would drop it off now on their way home.. but I had already left at that point and was no longer interested 7 hours later. I was then refused the item and refused a refund so have contacted head office and will contact the consumer bureau and credit card company. Horrible service and no accountability.. and theft to boot as they charged me for something never received

  Such a weird location. They have it setup so the self serve machines are card only with cash and coupon orders only at the till. Ok, whatever. Used the kiosk until it auto charged me for a paper bag fee. Canceled the order and decided I would pay cash at the till to avoid the paper bag fee. Nope, they still charged me a paper bag fee even though they didn’t ask me if I wanted a bag. SCAM! Change this. Otherwise chicken was piping hot and crispy.

  I’m writing this for KFC location in Langford food So bad soggy It was not fresh at all. The chicken pieces were literally they shouldn’t they shouldn’t be served to people Burger was Bad as well Terrible absolutely terrible food they should be countable for that. I paid over $50 for my family meal bad service too, not professional at all.and they forgot to put sauces in my order. Fries were dead too.
