  Food was awful! No wonder I stopped going to KFC a long time ago. I figured I’d give it a try and I regret it so much. Even Wendy’s makes better chicken what is this nonsense? KFC is dead to me no wonder Popeyes keeps pulling in customers. Fix your damn recipes it’s clearly broken, bland and doesn’t even taste fresh! Even the Pepsi was awfully sweet. You’d think that a chain who purchases a drink would pay a little attention to their products. Nothing about the customer service they were great people but the food is awful! Will never go back to ANY KFC ever again.

  It's one of the worst places you can go and eat. If you want to waste your money into a garbage then choose this restaurant.After 12 minutes they served food in inappropriate way , The food had lowest quality among all restaurant I've experienced in whole Langford and Victoria. The personnel are rude, inexperienced and slow.and when I made complaints about food they simply said "it is what it is" !!!!! Can you believe it ??? I won't go to this awful place anymore

  Really enjoyed my meal! Fast service, generous portions, and the chicken was perfectly cooked. Highly recommend this KFC.

  I’ve had a really good experience at the KFC. The restaurant is well maintained, clean, and organized, which makes a big difference. Staff are friendly, efficient, and get orders out quickly, even during busy times. My food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I expected from KFC. Overall, a reliable location with good service—I’ll definitely be back.

  Very disappointed with my KFC order. One of the chicken pieces was almost all bone with barely any meat on it. Paying for a piece that's essentially just bone is unacceptable. The quality and portion size were really poor. I expected much better from KFC.
