I’ve had a really good experience at the KFC. The restaurant is well maintained, clean, and organized, which makes a big difference. Staff are friendly, efficient, and get orders out quickly, even during busy times. My food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I expected from KFC. Overall, a reliable location with good service—I’ll definitely be back.

I had bad experience with kfc location on douglas many times but this location serves delicious and fresh chicken. They will make you wait to serve you the fresh chicken or call in advance . Surely recommend this location to kfc lovers .

Can't place an order instore at the till with a person unless you are paying cash. Have to use the self serve menu to place your order yourself. Won't do that, so no more kfc. I only get it a few times a year so will look for a new option for hot wings.

Went to KGC in Langford. Had to use the Kiosk as no one was available to take my order as they kept going by. So ordered my food and waited 25 plus minutes to get my order. But while waiting every table was dirty. The floor didn’t look like they had been swept all day, the garbage was so full. I will not be returning to this KFC anytime soon. Oh and god forbid you need to talk to someone. Waiting even longer as we did not get forks, napkins or straws. Terrible place to eat.

Found hair in my bucket halfway through my meal. Called the restaurant to let them know and instead of just offering a full refund or comp'ing the meal, we got into a conversation about how many pieces of chicken the hair was touching when I discovered it, and that would be what they'd refund me. While I understand the restaurant's line of thinking, the easiest thing to do and the solution that would save them a customer would be to just refund me for my meal. I ended up getting 3 pieces for free that I picked up the next day, but after finding a hair in my food previously, I just wanted my money back instead of getting more food from the restaurant.
