  Absolutely horrible service. Ordered the basic two piece special on a Tuesday and waited for 30 minutes and the food did not arrive. The staff in the back did not look like they were doing anything? I don’t understand how they do not have more food ready or ready to be made during a typical lunch time rush. A lot of other people also did not get their order. The man working at the front said they did not know how to issue anyone a refund because we ordered from the self serve kiosk, yet we are forced to order from the kiosk only.

  Had to wait over half an hour for an order to find out “they must have skipped over the order “ Asked for refund and they denied it because it was ordered on self serve kiosk Not the only person they did this to, 2 other people waiting for orders that were skipped over

  I’m never the type of person to complain about something little, people make mistakes I know. But today I went to this specific KFC and all I can say is how bad this location is. The staff is friendly but they really need to work on communication and productivity. I’m disappointed in the food, service and overall experience. Took about 15 minutes to get my food and another 5 for my drink since they forgot that. I really don’t like to criticize but I thought id be doing more good warning people not to waste their time rather than not. Not cool guys! PS, Don’t order the corn bowl, it’s unseasoned and cold just like the rest of the food.
