I had a great experience at Mayfair KFC, especially because of Sandeep Kaur. She was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my visit. She provided excellent customer service, made sure everything was taken care of, and had a positive attitude. It’s always nice to come across someone who genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in their work. Thank you, Sandeep, for the great service! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I ordered a 8 piece chicken and was giving popcorn chicken. They messed up on the order and when they replaced it with the correct order the chicken didnt taste fresh. It tasted like it was cooked in old burnt stale oil. I ordered dark meat and half the order was white meat. So there were lots of errors with my order. I was pretty disappointed with the food here.

Absolutely disgusting and stale food! They an entire meal in my order and missed order notes!! Plus the chicken tastes old and greasy. It’s not a kfc chicken flavour at all! Food inspection agencies must pay a visit here!!! I’ve heard from many people saying never order from here! But I have one try for the first time and last time !

Be careful, the oil they used to fry the chicken must be reused for days or maybe weeks. Smells bad just like someone never washed his hair and tastes like over cooked animal oil stored out of fridge for days. I'll never order any food from them again. I'll come to post update if my stomach gets trouble tonight. It was really good before they changed owner.
