  1. Extremely slow service. Waited 15–20 minutes even though it wasn't busy. 2. They got my name wrong. Somehow "Stephanie" became "Steve." Luckily I walked up to check, or I would have been waiting even longer. 3. I ordered takeout and paid the mandatory $0.25 container fee, but they served my food on a dine-in tray and then tried to put it into a small paper bag. 4. They also got my order wrong. I ordered the Deluxe but received the regular version. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it until I got home. Overall, too many mistakes for a single order. Very disappointing experience.

  I had a great experience at this KFC thanks to Manager Sandeep Kaur. She was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was running smoothly. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh, and the customer service was excellent. Sandeep handled everything with a positive attitude and made customers feel welcome. It’s clear she cares about both her team and her customers. Highly recommend this location!

  Worst service!!!!!! Not even deserve a 1 star! My son and I just not a To go meal which we posted in their kiosk and I mistakenly punch a kfc sauce ( which looks like a gravy in the photo) instead of gravy. So I politely ask the girl in the counter around 10:05 am July 15 today who happens to I troduce herself as a manager we can just void the sauce whice is sealed and untouch and order a gravy but she told me. that it can be void because it was ordered in the kiosk. I don't know what is there policy about that but if the what the said lady gold me is true that that is there policy about that will be the worst Custumer service policy that they have! The lady don't even want to tell me here name! That will be the last time will buy on that place!!!!!!

  I had a wonderful experience at KFC thanks to Sahil. He was extremely friendly, polite, and professional throughout my visit. He greeted me with a smile, handled my order quickly, and made sure everything was perfect. His excellent customer service and positive attitude really stood out. Employees like Sahil make customers want to come back. Thank you, Sahil, for the outstanding service! Highly recommended. 😊

  had a wonderful experience at KFC today, and a big reason for that was Sahil. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. He greeted customers with a smile and made sure everyone was taken care of promptly. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service, but Sahil definitely stood out. My order was handled efficiently, and he was very patient and helpful when answering questions. His positive attitude and excellent communication skills made the whole experience enjoyable.
